The reports below disclose compensation AstraZeneca has paid to all US-based physicians who spoke on behalf of AstraZeneca and/or its products during 2010. The company announced its decision to disclose these payments in May 2009. In addition, reporting this information twice a year, is now part of the Company’s April 2010 Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Office of Inspector General, and will be a requirement under the Physician Payment Sunshine provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. AstraZeneca will report compensation to physicians biannually for 2010 and quarterly beginning in 2011.
